thought id weigh myself today to see if it could spur me on n because its been 9 days since my last wi. was terrified when standing on scales n thought id cry if they went up but was delighted when they said -4llb so thats 15 in total n has gave me the incentive to carry on:)

1/3/12 food for today

breakfast:beans and 1 slice of toast HEb apple, strawberries.
dinner:omlette with mushrooms and red peppers. orange
tea:salad with crab sticks,pasta and light thousand island dressing. not sure how many syns in dressing as i didnt measure it but put it down to 2 syns just to be on the safe side. muller light.
snacks:2 dark rye rivitas with dairylea spread rest of HE b and some of a.banana, apple, cottage cheese.
drinks 2 cups of t HE a and 4 pints water.

total syns : 2 saving them for some wine tomorrow.

off to look for some new recipes that i can make tomorrow now im back in love with slimming world lol
