Hi Peeps,
Just wanted to see peoples opinions on this one...
I'm due for my first weigh in on Monday and have been drinking just over 2L of water a day so far..its about all I can manage..
However...do you think drinking more than this will help with the weight loss, is it true that the more water you drink the more weight you will actually lose?? If so I may have to force myself to try and drink an extra litre or so a day to help me get where I want to be quicker..
