morning to evening

As long as you weigh in at the same time every week you will see a true reflection of your weight loss. My problem is I work nights, so if I'm working the night before WI it's like the end of my day so weigh more than if I've been off because it's the beginning of my day. It has caused a few up's and down's but as long as the weight comes off in the long run and I'm healhtier it doesn't matter. I think sometimes we should look at the long term instead of the day today or week to week.
