Hey,

I was wondering where I could find the nutritional info for food serve in supermarket cafes, like Morrisons and Sainsbury's?

My boyfriend and I usually do a big shop and usually eat there before or after shopping?

Thank you

I would imagine theyre food would be quite high in syns.

Yeah i think a baked potato and beans is pretty much all you will get that is Sw friendly.

That said Asda do SW friendly breakfast is you choose carefully and I noticed at the weekend that they are now selling oatso simple on their breakfast menu

At Sainsbury's it would be their Salmon and sometimes Sausage and Mash I think they do- at Morrisons it is usually the Veg Lasagna- although I stopped eating it since being on the diet- not sure what I can have that is low syn

The last time I was in morrisons cafe I noticed that some of the food had the calories listed next to it on the menu. I know it's not ideal but better than nothing.
