Can one of you lovely ladies or gents give me the syn value for Morrisons Cumberland Sauage (not low syn). These are just one of the reasons I shouldn't send my OH shopping

If it is the 8 pack and they are 48g each then it is 3 syns each on EE. Not bad really.
