Just wondered if anyone knew how many syns were in the Morrisons Eat Smart 4 Beef Grillsteaks (Frozen).

Thats ok, i couldnt find them online either. Must be new(ish). Think the syn calculator worked them out to be about 7 syns each (thas provising ive done it right!). Thanks anyway xx

Sounds quite high - did you put in the free food bit (since I assume - and hope - that beef is the first ingredient)?

Ah, I dont think I did, thrown the packaging away now and the OH ate the grillsteaks. Doh!
