Morrisons Eat Smart Brown Danish Bread

Have just noticed this on sale in Morrisons. 400g loaf of Eat Smart brown danish bread which says in the packet that it is 1/2 point on the WW plan.
Just wondered what it worked out at on SW and if it could be classed as a HEXB.
The nutritional values per slice are:
Energy 38kcal
Sugars 0.3g
fat 0.4g
of which saturates trace

Would anyone be so kind as to check this out on the SW website as I am 'going it alone'? :D

Thanks,
Michelle

it's not listed on the website and I even rang the number listed and they don't have it either but what she did say is that because it's a "danish" it's not wholemeal so won't be able to be classed as a HEXB.

If you want to give me the nutritional values per 100g I can give them another call for you if you like?

Thanks ByeByeBelly.

Per 100g is as follows:

Energy 221kcal
sugars 1.6g
fat 2.1g
of which saturates 0.3g

Is this enough info? Thanks

Michelle

Hold on I'll ring them now! (boss is out...shhhh! ;) lol)

jeez! they wanna know the ins and outs of a duck's a**e!!! LOL

What they need is (per 100g):
kCals
protein
carbs (highest number not just sugars)
fat

and if poss weight of just one slice!

Thanks, I do appreciate it.

kcals per 100g 221
protein 11.9g
carbs 38.5g
fat 2.1g

Have just weighed 1 slice and it was 15g

Thanks again

Michelle

Thanks ByeByeBelly. That's not too bad considering when I saw them they were on offer at 40p a loaf.

You're more than welcome! I've given up eating bread because I can't stop and one or two slices so I find my HEXB from other stuff but ENJOY! :D
