Morrisons eat smart sponge mix

I have just bought a packet of Morrisons Eat Smart Reduced Victoria Sponge mix, 210g, but I am having a terrible time trying to work out syn values!

It gives nutritional values for 100g or 1/6 serving, but doesnt say if the 100g is cooked with the water & egg added, or the dry weight!

Also, it doenst say how much the 1/6 serving weighs, so I cant work it out on the syns calculator that way!

I have a figure of 8.5 syns per 100g, now do you reckon that is dry mix or made up as directed? Ive made 24 cakes out of the whole thing, and want to know what the syn value is per cake!

The nutritional info will be without adding any extras that you supply so the dried weight.

So, how do you work out syns for teh cake cooked then? Its 8.5 syns per 100g, and the pack is 210g. You add water & an egg.

i work it out at about 18 syns for the pack, which would make it 1.5 syns for 2 buns. HTH but dont quote me on it! X
