If you know the nutritional info you can work it out by counting 1 syn for every 20 calories.

thankyou, its 88kcals for quater of a large bag, it says on pack that its 2 propoints so am i right in thinking that it would be 4syns ?

4,5 syns hun as its closer to 90 than 80 calories
