Morrisons spicy chicken couscous

Hi everyone. I am back on slimming world and have been since just before we fell pregnant. Im now 19 weeks and struggling to keep track of everything at home! Anyhow im waffling! My question is does anyone know how many syns are in morrisons spicy chicken couscous? I got it out of the fridges and im planning on having some for lunch. Thanks x

Omg it is! I stupidly went ahead and ate half of the pack with some salad for lunch. Its nice but so not worth the syns! Thank you so much for letting me know x
