Always hungry?

Hi guys, I am new to this forum so let me give you some backround info on myself,
Currently with slimming world, have lost 8 stone with them since April 2016 but have been yo yoing since coming back from holiday in Jan, i actually lost just over 8.5 stone just before the holiday but put some up and have been up and down since, i am constantly hungry my daily diet is:
Porridge/milk and boiled egg for breakfast
For lunch i might have some beans tin of mackerel in oil and fried egg or cottage cheese and fruit and
Dinner is usually a diet cola chicken with rice or thai curry with rice or some pasta with chicken veg and sauce with harissa and yogurt and banana in the evening
I also try to drink 2 litres of water each day
Can anyone tell me why i am so hungry or is it just my mind playing tricks or self sabbotage
I know i should be proud ofmy weight loss but i feel so negative lately and hate how i look in the mirror im im 12 lbs to target by the way,
