    I lost 13lbs in one week which sounds pretty nornmal. One guy lost 17lbs!

    Yes, but lucky rats!!!
    I can live in hope. My best week, which was the first week, was a lowly little 6.5lbs. But hey ho, it's more pounds off!!!

    Well done, my biggest loss was 9lbs and only 7lbs first week! The losses on these diets are so variable but fabulous!
