breakfast: decided to have scrambled egg on toast(hexb) for a change :) 2tsp lighter than light spread(1)

lunch: batchelors beef savoury rice, raspberries, grapes, blackberries, toffee mullerlight

snack: cherry underlay mullerlight(1.5)

Dinner: jacket potato, beans, cheese(hexa), salad

Total syns: 2.5

I've opted to have a piece of SW Quiche packed with peppers tomatoes and mushrooms! And baked beans :) an orange and a cup of tea!
Got my Hexb for later :) xx

Been a bit of a funny day with food today! On plan though:)

Breakfast: raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, mullerlight

Lunch: mullerlight and 3 alpen light bars! So that's 1 hexb and 3 syns, I had 3 flavours to choose from and couldn't choose so I had to have one of each hahaa

Then I'll have another mullerlight when I get in from college and that's it before weigh in!

Oh you've been really good! I'm addicted to Alpen lights now lol!
I've had an Alpen light with fruit and yoghurt for breakfast AND a small slice of toast with 10g lemon curd - 1.5 syns

Cod, some SW chips & mushy peas for dinner.
A plum & a mullerlight. And another Alpen light - 3 syns

4.5 so far today... But planned 4 for my Bolognese later (less than 12% fat mince, gutted I'm using syns but couldn't bare to miss out it's unreal when my mam makes it lol)
And 0.5 for my crumble yoghurt at work' was that or use my whole 15 on chocolate so 9 syns today it is!

Let me know how weigh In goes :) xx

ooh lemon curd! i love that stuff, used to love spreading a lovely thick layer onto a piece of french stick, mmmm :drool:

Got half off :) was expecting more though to be honest as I thought I'd done really well this week! 100% on plan, so not sure why only half... But it's still a step in the right direction! Xxx
