Breakfast: blackberries, mullerlight, 2 alpen lights(hexb) mmm, i microwaved the alpen lights then mixed it into the yogurt and blackberries, was so good!

lunch: aromatic thai style cous cous(2) banana

snack: toffee mullerlight

Dinner: sw cheese burger (hexb and hexa), bbq wedges, salad

total syns: 2
 
just made the warm strawberry souffle from the new sw mag, its in the oven now! i'll post a pic when done :) so that adds 3.5 syns to today so todays total is 5.5 :)

one word, lush! we all love it, and there really pretty! a right treat! if anyone wants the recipe let me know and i'll post! i defiantly recomend trying it out :) Xx
 
i just realised, yesterday i had 2 hexb's because i ate 2 alpen lights with breakfast forgetting i had burgers that night! whoops, so that adds 6 syns :S bringing yesterdays syns to 11.5 :(

going to try have minimal syns today :)

Recipe please

serves 4
3 1/2 syns on all plans


Ingredients:
fry light
50g caster sugar
200g strawberries, hulled
3 large egg whites
1 tbsp sweetener
1 level tsp icing sugar, to dust


method:
1. preheat oven to 190'c. lightly spray 4 individual ramekins or souffle dishes with fry light, then evenly coat the insides with a little caster sugar, tipping any excess onto a plate and setting aside.


2. put the strawberries in a food processor and whizz until pureed. beat the egg whites in a glass bowl using an electric hand whisk on a medium speed until they form stiff peaks when the blades are lifted. whisk in the sweetener and remaining caster sugar a little at a time, including any excess from step 1 until thickened and glossy.


3. using a metal spoon,l carefully fold in the strawberry puree, then spoon into the prepared dishes. bake in the centre of the oven for 12-14 minutes, or until risen and just browned. lightly dust with icing sugar and serve immediately. :)

i finally got round to doing the 30 day shred yesterday, after putting it off for absolutly ages and to be honest i hated it and didn't intend on carrying on with it. however, aching like mad today, so i thought it must be doing something good, so i've decided to carry on :) just done day 2 now and actually got on with it much more than i did yesterday :) Xx
 
So yesterday ended up very off plan! But I'm not mad at myself about it, 1 it was Easter, and 2 it was a girly night in with my cousin :)
The day started off okay though,

Breakfast: raspberries, blackberries, banana, mullerlight

Lunch: beef, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, peas and sweetcorn

Then after that it was completely off plan, half a 10" pizza, a slice of chocolate cake, and a whole Easter egg! Miss piggy hahaa, so it's minimum syns from now till weigh in! Expecting a gain Thursday, but I had such a good night in, so it's totally worth it!

Lunch: 1/2 can tuna, salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweetcorn, 2 alpen lights(hexb)

Dinner: meatball pasta bake(hexa), baby corn, green beans

Total syns: -
Back on track, trying to limit the damage from last night as much as pos!

How do you make your meatball pasta bake? It sounds yummy x

its was gorgeous!

600g of extra lean mince, mix with 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 tbsp worscester sauce, 6 chopped spring onions and dried mixed herbs. then shape them into 20 meatballs and cook under the grill till browned. then fry one chopped onion with 2 chopped garlic cloves and add 2 cans of chopped tomatoes and 50ml of chicken stock. bring to the boil and then simmer for about 15 minutes, meanwhile cook 300g penne pasta. then put the pasta in a large dish, add the sauce and mix in the meatballs, sprinkle 120g cheddar ontop. cook at 200'c for about half hour :)
this serves 4 using 1 hexa :)
