Motivaton, tips and guidence needed x

Hi all, new to the site and also SW. However, I did do SW a few years ago and doing a lot from memory.

Has much changed? I pretty much remember all the free foods and it was 2 As and a B choice is that right lol.

Anyway, my typical days this week have been poached egg and brown toast (HXB) Jacket and beans for lunch and a homemade dinner more or less free in the evening. Also lots of fruit and a Miller yogurt.

Wouldn't mind a buddy for advice and motivation.?

Ang tips, in particular dinner ideas would be great ??
