Has anyone tried making a chocolate mousse? does it taste nice?

Not tries it - lots have with different result - there should be others on later who will give you a steer - think you need to experiment

I used to make up shakes with 40mls water in a cup and eat it with a spoon, it was like having a yoghurt or something to me. i liked choc best when water was tepid.

i haven't had it as a mousse, but i made it into mousse consistency and then froze for a couple of hours and it was lovely. however, if you intend on freezing it then don't leave it in too long as it just turns into a big solid lump of crap. LOL xx

Most I've spoken to say that the recommended 2fl oz is not enough water and so they add more but I guess it's down to the individual in the end hun
