I used to make up shakes with 40mls water in a cup and eat it with a spoon, it was like having a yoghurt or something to me. i liked choc best when water was tepid.
i haven't had it as a mousse, but i made it into mousse consistency and then froze for a couple of hours and it was lovely. however, if you intend on freezing it then don't leave it in too long as it just turns into a big solid lump of crap. LOL xx
