Mousse

    Has anyone tried making a chocolate mousse? does it taste nice?

    Not tries it - lots have with different result - there should be others on later who will give you a steer - think you need to experiment :)

    I used to make up shakes with 40mls water in a cup and eat it with a spoon, it was like having a yoghurt or something to me. i liked choc best when water was tepid.

    i haven't had it as a mousse, but i made it into mousse consistency and then froze for a couple of hours and it was lovely. however, if you intend on freezing it then don't leave it in too long as it just turns into a big solid lump of crap. LOL xx

    but aren't you meant to eat this stuff within 15 mins of making it or the vitamins break down??

    Most I've spoken to say that the recommended 2fl oz is not enough water and so they add more but I guess it's down to the individual in the end hun
