Get your cupboards filled with BNS, sugar free jelly, melba toasts, fat free yogurt, loads of veg, quorn, quavers, square crisps and cadburys chomps / curly wurlys / crunchies!

Me too- iv moved from Cambridge as I couldn't stick to plan any longer- I'm loving it so far :)

And me - I've moved from Cambridge, like Emma-x I was having problems with a vlcd. Starting tonight - soooo excited about being able to eat proper food again :)
I bet you, good luck tonight and enjoy im sure you will love the ww plan and get plenty of suger free jelly and BNS in coz there brilliant for getting you through the week.

Sorry to be dim but what is BNS? Is it short for bananas?

Its not being dim - it a question most be ask its Butternut Squash - its free and it's filling and it's gorgeous roasted - just peel it with a potatoes peeler then cut in half length ways and scoop out the seeds and bin them - then slice and cut into chucks about half the size of a small roastie, put them in the oven with a bit of spray on and salt and pepper for 20 mins turning half way and there done get to fill your plate with instead of oven chips etc.

Im with ye guys moved from vlcd... I was starting to get depressed again my moods were bad, bad constipation and well in the longrun really not healthy for me as I do exercise a lot so ill be only burning muscle and making myself more prone to weight gain in the long term. I love ww and am sorry i did not go back sooner...
