Hi,
I've been trying to decide which diet to go with after spending the last 6 weeks doing The Cambridge Plan.
Very tough and after a bout of tonsilitis and feeling generally unwell I thought it best to start eating again. I lost a stone and a half in that time and really want to do the same again.
I am hoping that calorie counting works for me so will be looking out for tips to help me on my way! xx

I think you will really like it here :) CC is not at all restrictive and shows good, stable results. If you haven't already, joining MyFitnessPal is a great start. Most of us are on there too!

I have joined myfitnesspal, I love love love it, so easy! Although not loving the lack of vitamins I appear to have eaten today!!
