After another non loss week, i have decided to step away from Atkins for the time being at least.

There are several reasons why, not just only the stalling i have encountered this last few weeks.

My son has Tourette's syndrome and quite severe OCD, and has recently changed meds. One of the side effects is weight gain, so he is going to have to eat a lot more healthily to combat this.
And i guess it will be easier to make low cal, low fat things and eat them together as a family.

Thats the thinking for now!

I am still going to stick my nose in here and keep an eye on lot if thats ok? You are a lovely bunch :)

Hmm I'm contemplating the same due to stalling, dodgy tum for three weeks and lack of vital vits. But, saying that, I'm going to ask for some blood tests at the docs just to make me feel better.

I'm now having a day off!
