moving to ww from sw??

I've been doing sw half heartedly on and off for 7 years now and I'm still where I started. I did ww about 8 years ago for 2 months where I lost 2 stone then fell pregnant.

I decided to do sw cos I could cook without weighing and everyone could eat it but it's not working and I'm not working at it.

Is Ww any easier to cook for whole family? I kinda think I need a new plan to feel motivated about and do it?

Can anyone help?
 
I did SW and then moved to WW. I was having a look at the recipes on e-source last night and there is so much on there. What kind of things do your family have?
 
I moved over from Sw to Ww and if you want to keep up with the no weighing you can do simply filling or now known as healthy & filling.

I keep to the same meals as I did on Sw as the plan taught me to cook healthy. All i do now point everything which makes it easier if you had a grab and go meal
