Extra Easy Mozerella

Hi for HEXA it says i can have 42g of mozerella but does it mean moz out of a ball or the grated hard stuff you get out of bags (if you know what i mean)? They are both moz so just wondering if it covers the ball and the grated stuff?

I always get the wet ball one but i presume it can be any kind.
