Hey all,

I think I would benefit from a bit of accountability with my eating since I don't go to a group. So here goes... this is today so far. I'm struggling to work things out so please poke me or tell me what I've got left today. :) I'm not very imaginitive but hope that as I read others diaries I'll get some inspiration.

I've been doing extra easy all week and wasnt sure if I could do other days in the week but I was told today I can....

Breakfast: Banana

Mid morn snack: tesco value cookie

Lunch: Cous cous with baked beans, VLF cott. cheese, beetroot, lettuce.

Mid aft snack: miniture tesco choc chip muffin x1

Tea/Dinner: Vixx's pizza base (2HEb) with passata, 1 x lean bacon rasher, peppers and sweetcorn with mozzerella (my scales are broken but I would guess it was about 28g based on what 28g chedder looks like) and a tiny bit of mature cheddar.

Pudding: Raisins

Drinks have been no sugar orange dilute.

That's a spot on green day as long as you havent gone over on your cheeses. Your cookie would have been 3ish Syns, (can't quite remember.) and I don't think a mini muffin would be 12 Syns..so you're good there. It can't be an EE day because you've had 2 HEb's :( I would call your Cheddar and Mozzarella 2 HEa's to be on the safe side and just Syn the one rasher of bacon. Hope this helped. By the way when you're having Mozzarella as a HEa you can actually have 42g.

Thanks for doing that.

I think it all looks fine but you don't seems to include much fruit. If you are eating enough veg I suppose that would make up for that. Syns are a bit low but I can see that you've varied the amount daily. I tend to do that with no ill effect but I know some consultants don't recommend it. Also make sure that you weigh and measure your healthy extras and syns accurately.

Other than that I'll only say keep up the good work and I'll keep my fingers crossed for a loss for you this week.
