Better drink that water!
Hey all,
I think I would benefit from a bit of accountability with my eating since I don't go to a group. So here goes... this is today so far. I'm struggling to work things out so please poke me or tell me what I've got left today. I'm not very imaginitive but hope that as I read others diaries I'll get some inspiration.
I've been doing extra easy all week and wasnt sure if I could do other days in the week but I was told today I can....
Breakfast: Banana
Mid morn snack: tesco value cookie
Lunch: Cous cous with baked beans, VLF cott. cheese, beetroot, lettuce.
Mid aft snack: miniture tesco choc chip muffin x1
Tea/Dinner: Vixx's pizza base (2HEb) with passata, 1 x lean bacon rasher, peppers and sweetcorn with mozzerella (my scales are broken but I would guess it was about 28g based on what 28g chedder looks like) and a tiny bit of mature cheddar.
Pudding: Raisins
Drinks have been no sugar orange dilute.
