had one for lunch at work the roast chicken one is it syn free as i had some mince beef other day and natural yogurt and they both contained syns

The chicken, Tomato & sweet and sour ones are free, I think they are less than 1% fat or something. The chicken one just says chicken on it not roast chicken HTH

The only one's that are not syn free are the cheese & thai flavours, all of the others are meant to be free
