Seen some new mugshots yesterday tikka (1 syn on EE or Green) and spicy tomato

Is the tikka 1 syn because it is 2% fat?

Do they need to be under 2% to be syn free i cant remember sorry?

Has anyone tried these flavours>?

Its like pasta in a mug, quite alot of them are syn free and there really filling

Haven't tried either of those flavours, but I love mugshots!

My favourite are the sweet & sour noodles and the creamy cheese pasta :drool: The roast chicken noodles are really nice too

I quite liked the mugshots but lately I haven't bought any as I overdosed on them and made myself a bit fed up of the ones I liked.
Thanks for letting us know about the new flavours, they sound nice!

Im pritty sure the 2% ones are free (ive always counted them as free) i have one every day for lunch and havent had a problem x
