Puddings Muller light & Jelly

One sugar free jelly dissolved in 1/4 pt boiling water. Add 1/2 pt cold water and I yoghurt. Add fruit if required and leave to set. Don't use pineapple or kiwi as this will prevent the set.
 
There is a recipe in this months SW mag for a strawberry mousse & it is delicious. I tried it & my 2nd batch I've used a bag of frozen berries. I'm sure you can adapt it for most fruits
