Hi all. I'm really confused. I've read muller light is free on the EE plan. But in my book I read it as being 'fat free flavoured' 0.5 syns. I would love to know because I have some waiting in the fridge but im too nervous to eat them!!!
You need to remember that your book only contains average values as it cannot list the syn values of every product. Some fat free yoghurts are syn free but others have a syn value so the 0.5 syn quoted is the average of those.
