Muller Light

We were officially informed by our Consultant last night that Muller Lights are having their recipes changed and some of the free ones may now become syns! Not many syns, but enough not to be free. Apparently Slimming World have got on to Muller, to let them now that they will be synned and are waiting for them to get back to them!

Not sure if this has been posted already so apologies if it has. Apparently any from 1st August onwards are the new range, so if you've got a stock in your fridge now, you will be fine.

Yep, there is a lengthy thread about it further down the board. I'm assuming the new ones will have something on them to say they are a new recipe so there should be a period when you can still get the old style ones and count them as free - same as with the quorn sausages

Aaawww, I thought there might have been! Ha ha! I was just too lazy to look! Our Consultant didn't seem to know much about it, apart from they were going to become syns, but not all of them
