Hi everyone, I'm new to slimming world, quick question are ALL muller light yogurts considered free food?? Doing EE... Thanks guys

I think the ones with the under layer and cheesecake have syns, but not sure how many, also the Greek style have 1/2 a syn.
But all the others are I believe!
