muller yogurt

    Can anyone tell me if mullerlight yogurt cheese cake flavour has any syns in it, thanks.......they are lovely!!:p

    Muller isn't yogurt. It's more like syrup! It's too runny and sickly sweet.

    Get some Total Greek yogurt... add a little splenda or berries and it's better than ice cream. 3.2g/100 :)

    That sounds nice Sera. I used to live on Muller yoghurts, they were one of the things I found hardest to ween myself off.

    The Greek together at Lidl is the lowest carb I've seen - about 2.8/100g. Muller yogs have pork fat in too. Like McDonald's mistakes. Yuck.

    Darn phone, for mistakes read milskshakes!

    There's loads wrong with pork fat when you don't eat meat and don't think to check a yogurt for meat products before you buy it :rolleyes:.

    If I was a meat-eater I would see your point though :p
