MULLER YOGURTS - BEWARE

OMG! I just bought a six pack of the little muller pots (not muller lights) and I assumed that they were syn free.

They are the muller vitality pre and probiotic low fat yogurts 3 x strawberry and 3 x raspberry 125g.

After eating two I thought I best check and as I couldn't find it in the book I checked the syn calculator.................... 5 1/2 SYNS!!!

So be warned! I am so gutted! Boo hoo. Will have to go to the gym now......and sit in the jacuzzi!

SW online says that they are only 3 syns. So not too bad!

I saw that too but I thought that was only the omega 3 one. Anyway, I'll go with them being 3 syns, then I've only over indulged by 6 syns today! Lol. x

I started to panic then- i buy the little muller lights 6 in a pack the smooth ones... i have seen the ones your on about, personally i wouldn't get them again i cant warrent 3 syns on a yogurt
