If I fancy a lemon yogurt I will stir lemon curd into a Total yogurt. I started doing this when I discovered that my favourite M&S lemon curd yogurt was 10 syns!!

Any lemon curd will do, but Tiptree is my favourite.

Yes, you have to syn it, but (to me, at least) it is worth it.

And I recently found someone at a farmer's market who makes other types of curd - ginger, raspberry and lime, gooseberry, lemon and lime - yummy!!!

I had tried the lemon one and thought it was quite nice - a bit different from usual yoghurts. Not spotted the new flavours though - universal hatred for them means its not looking good though lol! Which is a shame :(

If you want a cheesecake fix try a digestive biscuit topped with quark mixed with sweetener and some fruit on top - I like strawberry slices best! Low in syn and tasty! You can also add some jam if you have an extra syn or 2 to spare! Obviously not as good as 1 syn cheesecake yoghurt (if it was tasty) but far less than a slice of actual cheesecake!
