mullerlight lollies

ive bought some lolly moulds today for mullerlight yogs. Do I just put the yog in them, or do I add something else as well e.g. a liquid of some sort? Thanks

Awesome idea, just make sure you stir them with something a little while after putting them into the moulds as they may just crystalise and give you brain freeze!

And if your mould is a 'six-pack' like mine, just dip the lolly you want to eat into a mug of hot water. They are quite difficult to remove otherwise, and it saves a lot of time - and mess!!!

I make muller light ice lollies. I just spoon the yoghurt into the moulds. I run the mould under hot water to ease it out.

Oh wow... that sounds REALLY good, espacially as hot as it's been today, I really could have done with some, while the kids were running about with Calipos!

I used to use the toffee mullerlight and although they tell you not to squash a banana as then it is syns, i used to and then mix it with the yogurt and then put them in the moulds. I think they syn them cos you could be eating loads but its only one and it never stopped me losing weight. Toffee and banana lolly's mmmmmmmmmmm
