Are all mullerlights free? I'm new to this and trying to do it at home as I can't get to class and can't afford online.

most are as i understand it vanilla manderin are free my husband and myself are at home not in a group, i used to be, but live too far out and at the moment like you cant afford it, but if you buy the monthly slw book they have recipe ideas and sometimes they have free recipe books, they also give you a guide to the best marg, crisp syn values muller light syn vallues and others.my husband has lost three stone i have lost a stone ,
