Hello my name is Michelle and I am 59 years young and am new to this site. I have been recommended to this forum by a friend who uses it regularly and hope that I can find the same support that she has done

I am married with 4 children and 6 grandchildren and another 2 on the way, they are all my pride and joy

I have struggled with my weight since my youngest was born 22 years ago and I have at times lost weight using various diets including SW, but have always put it back on I want to say goodbye to it once and for all and am hoping that with your support and encouragement I can do just that

I don't know how this messaging works. However i live in south Africa and wanted to join SW but havebeenunable to as it won't accept my address. What other diets would you recommend to me as I am desperate !!!
