My 1st day on the rest of the plan

Right!!! Here goes!!

Its day 1 all over again. I have re-read my early threads. Got my motivation from my pics and am going to set aside some me time to re-read the foundation book.

Although officially I havent come off the packs, there is no way I can be in ketosis with all the picking I have been doing. At the moment I feel bloody lucky not to have put any weight on, so before my luck runs out.....everyone raise a glass of water TO 1st DAY OF THE REST OF THE PLAN!!! :clap::waterbottle:

Thanks girls. I am feeling the side affects of withdrawals now!! A very bad headache and hunger pangs!! But its my own fault!! So lets get the next few days over with and it will be all plain sailing again! (yeah right lol)

Hugs honey - thoughts are with you. Remember when you get through to the otherside it WILL be plain sailing. You have reached a point where you feel more 'normal' again and it has resulted in a little hiccup. But you know what, you don't want to be a size 16, you want to be properly slim. You can do it - you really are stronger than you think sweetie. Keep at 'em, won't be long to reach that finishing post.

Rather than thinking - 'oh I am only half way through, I have all that way to go again'. I think ' wow I am on the home stretch now, won't be long till I am at goal, after all those last 16 weeks flew by'. It might help to look at your own path in a similar way.
