I must admit i use to love the SW diet .... but could never sustain it - sighs wistfully!!

Kaz, im doing green days as im a vegi. I been eatin glots of strawberries, grapefruit & melon which are all speed fruits.

But one thing is that i havnt had ANY pasta & very little pototoes and rice

But i went out for an italian meal!!

But not sure how ive managed to loose 5lbs!!

Gona really try hard for next week thou as i dnt wana put on!

wow you have done really well doing all green and not having any pasta, and little pots and rice! how did you manage that?, I ate massive amounts of pasta on my green days. what have you been having if you dont mind me asking?
