Yes i am, the only time i feel slightly hungry is when i go up to bed on a night but id rather feel that than bloated and uncomfortable. My pharmacist just said that after the 1st week most ppl can just carry on, so i am til i get to that target! xxx

I have a bottle of evian with me at all times and just sip it through the day. Before this i never drank water but im always so thirsty since starting. I drink about 3 litres a day, i think the min is 2 and the max is 4 im unsure but someone else will come along soon and tell us. I think they say the more you drink the more you lose so im going to try and up mine xxx

Well done Janie,

6lbs is a great loss-equivalent to 48 sausages!. You should drink 2-4.5 litres each day, in small regular sips as this will help with going to the loo regular and stopping hunger pangs.

Well done

Well done you!! 6lbs is brilliant don't lose sight of that.

A loss of about 4lbs a week will mean a stone a month!

I wish there was some way we could see what that would look like. Not that I'm going to go and buy bags of sugar or flour, but it would be nice to actually see and feel what a pound is. I might start collecting pebbles!!

I'm sure my OH will think I've gone mad!!

Well done that is excellent. I felt like you in the first week I was disappointed to lose 6lbs but the following I lost 7, so you may get a similar amount next week and thats a stone gone pretty much!

Keep going!

well done janie...don't be so hard on yourself....6 lbs is a substantial amount of weight ...have a look at 6lbs of mince and you'll see!! it seems to me the more weight someone has to lose the quicker it comes off ie larger losses each week but nearer to target it slows..you have not a huge amount to lose so in my opinion 6lbs is amazing...I was supposed to weigh in today but have car trouble so will go tomorrow instead...I couldnt stick the soups and shakes so had to go earlier in week for replacements so have enough until 2morrow.....I will be very happy with 6lb....in all my years of dieting (ww) I have never lost that much in 1 week...look to the positive ...as you said yourself look at all the bad habits you have broken...you have lost 6 lb plus the potential of 2-3 more lbs had you been eating and drinking as usual ...chin up.
