Just started using mfp yest after doing a vlcd. Thought id write my food diary, i always enjoy reading what everyone else has eaten.

Also went to swimming class with my 8month old not counting that as excercise tho lol

Breakfast
1 Slice of toast n light spread
Coffee sweetner n light soya milk

Lunch
Warbutons square wrap with dolmio sauce prawns light cheese n peppers

Dinner
Potatoes boiled as chips n ovened
Another warbutons with turkey

Snacks
Mini jammie dodgers
Bag of animal biscuits
Coffee with sweetners n alpro soya light

Total 1200
