My christmas challenge 2013 :)

Day number 7 for me today!! Still finding it very easy, can not wait until my second weigh in on Saturday!! Hope everyone is having a good 100% day!! :) xx

Day number 10 for me today, I'm finally in double figures!! .. Got offered sandwiches and everything yesterday and I actually found it quite easy saying no!! :) .. Also it's my second weigh in tomorrow morning already!!! So I really really can not wait for that!! Hope everyone has a brill day xx

So just had my second week weigh in and I've lots another 11lbs!! Witch means 20lbs in 2 weeks!! I know this is very fast and I've also been told it will start to slow down but I'm extremely happy!! Ive gone from 17 stone 1lb too 15 stone 10lbs in 11 days!!:D sooo happy xxxxx
 
Hey. Wow what are you having in a day? I had lost 4stone since January but put 8lb back on this past couple of weeks so I'm going full on slimfast tomorrow. It's my friends wedding in 19days and I would love o have lost a stone by then x
 
Hiya :) I'm having 3 shakes and a bar each day, im also eating a load of cucumber aswell and drinking 3 litres of water a day :) will be on day 12 tomorrow and finding it extremely easy and just can't believe I've lost a stone and a half all ready!! Best of luck xx
 
That's roughly my intention except going to have a bar or breakfast biscuits. That is amazing. Have you felt ok in yourself? What reactions have you got from people? I. Slightly worried about what people at work will say with just a shake for dinner x
 
When you say 3 shakes and a bar, is that a meal bar. Really apprehensive. Need to get back on focus.
 
I have a slim fast bar, normally the chocolate caramel one :) no one has really taken any notice to the shakes, so I've been pretty lucky i guess, the 2nd and 3rd day i had a head ache and thats it have been absolutely fine since :)... And thankyou, I feel amazing :) xxx
 
Starting weight 16st 3.4

Today's plan

Breakfast - breakfast biscuits 180 cals

Snack - piece of fruit

Lunch - chocolate shake

Tea - strawberry shake

Snack - slimfast choc bar

Also at least 2 litres of water and Pepsi max for sugar cravings.

I'm going to get weighed daily as well.

Already changed my plan lol. I will add Heinz soup in which is less cals than a shake either as a swap for a shake or for breakfast biscuits because I am very bored of them now.
 
Ok so far today.

Breakfast biscuits 160 cals
Tesco shake 230
Slimfast choc bar 100
Banana 89
4 foam banana - really regret 200 cals

Total so far 779

Going to have hotpot soup for tea 210cals and an apple or snack 100 cals

Total for day 1089.
