Kitty B Im with you there. Im only planning on doing ss+ for another 2 weeks maybe but the support on here is great! Im going away on 20th September for a week and plan to ww from when I get back. I may have the odd tetra or bar here or there.

3stone is probably a bit unrealistic for me then?? Its 17 weeks to christmas so to be honest if I even had a pound a week once it goes in the right direction Ill be happy

BG is it ok if Im still part of the challenge then??
