l only have tetras and bars , l really went off shakes but lm glad you have found a way to make them more enjoyable :D:D:D

I am not sure when I can start having bars - I think I will enjoy them the most!

Should be allowed bars in the 3rd week. I love buzzing my shakes with hand mixer best way to have them.

after 3 weeks hun you can have bars yum yum choc mint and peanut crunch are my fav

My CDC had a good idea re: bars she said cut a peanut crunch in half lenthways and do the same to a malt toffee then join them up. Its like a CD version of snickers (or as I remember marathon)!

Oooh, can't wait for bars!!

I've got a big beasty blokes weightlifting type protein shaker. It's got a metal whisk type ball in & it really does the job!! No lumps. Plus the shaking helps with the old bingo wings :D
