My daily menus - want to share with me - virtually of course

think i need to start a daily thread to post my b and b menus on so that everyone can drool with me (and abstain) as I cook and serve all this delicious food. Hopefully, knowing you are all drooling and also abstaining may help (if that makes sense).

Tonights menu is

Homemade cream of mushroom soup with garlic croutons

Luxury fish pie with salmon, cod and prawns in a cream and parmesan cheese sauce topped with nutmeg mashed, served with pan fried leeks

selection of french and english cheeses

Homemade strawberry and custard tart with cream

All served with a selection of white and red wines from the Loire valley

To finish coffee and mints with a liquour of choice or a liquour coffee floater such as Irish coffee, Tia Maria cofee etc.
