Serial dieter!
Does anyone know if a 15 year old can do a vlcd? I will ask at my pharmacy tomorrow but wonder if anyone has any experience of this?

I have had a couple of young teenage boys on Cambridge with great success (in one case) and mild success in the other.
It requires buy in from the counsellor, the parents, the GP and everyone around the child but in theory is possible.
Obvious to say but would strongly recommend a "normal" healthy eating plan for the child first as most children will drop weight very quickly if they moderate their diet.

oh thanks for that icemoose. She is like me, all or nothing, shift the weight then on to healthy eating. She has about 3 stone to lose and you know how mean peers can be, the thought of returning after the summer slim is so appealing to her. she will have 100% support from me and I from her, we are a little team!
