    Hey everyone.

    Well today my weight loss officialy starts!
    I currently weight 210Lbs and want to get down to 170Lbs

    I have bought a York Sprinter III Rowing Machine and plan to do plenty of walking and cut down on crap foods.

    I am going out today to buy some of the weight watchers slimmer meals which I must admit I have tried before and do like the taste of.

    Managed to do 15 mins on rowing machine today which is 253 strokes.

    The problem I had before is I was having a new kitchen fitted and ended up eatting take aways pretty much every weekend which were realllllllllllly bad!
