My diet diary: food, exercise & daily weighing

Right this moment i'm soooo sick of being overweight and my life suffers greatly because of that. I lost my confidence, i avoid social life, and as a result i dont have a bf, which makes my life sucks because i now feel lonely for not socialising! as stupid as it may sounds, i really think i have to take care of the root of my problems now: which is being overweight !

My height is 158 cm, and my current weight is 59,4 kgs.

Time to start my diet and exercise regime!

tomorow i'll post what i eat and what exercise i've done, as well as the weighing. keep fingers cross guys...please give me support...i don't want to fail again this time.

HI Diella, welcome, you will get all the support you need on minimins. What are you doing re food are you doing a programme or doing your own thing. Either are good its just that if we know we can direct you to where on the site you will get most support. It sounds like you really want to get into it and you will achieve it this time
I know how you feel.
I also avoid social situations because i have put on so much weight recently and my confidence is at an all time low.
But 2009 is a new year and i want there to be a new me to match.
So let’s both look positively to a new year and a new body.

Hi how much weight are you wanting to lose? I notice from your height and weight you have a healthy bmi. Are there other issues which are lowering your self esteem?

oh I hope everything goes well for you if you have a healthy bmi you shouldnt be afraid of social situations...
