My doctor was gobsmacked!

HAH! Had to see my doctor this morning for some antibiotics and I hopped on his scales. He was pretty cynical when I told him in June I was going on a vlcd but wished me luck all the same.

His scales showed 87kg and he looked up his last record of my weight on his computer and could not believe his eyes. It was 101 kgs last time!! HAH. He said he was amazed and very, very impressed. That showed him!

That's brilliant. I can't wait to see my doctor, h's always telling me to lose weight.
