The last of the Mohicans

Life is golden
Hello everyone, restarted yesterday. Had 4 products as I was feeling a bit rough.
I have my water all set up and my packs ready. Getting out a dhal for lunch just to see if I can get my mouth to like it again. Just very strange to have gone off it like that. I still have my curry though - I managed to have a couple of those even while off plan and they tasted just as good :D

The scales were not kind, so I will make sure to stay 100% this week, one day at a time. Such an addict I am

Hope everyone has a great Monday!

Shame you've gone off the dhal pots - I've actually started liking them now! I added a soft boiled egg to one last week as a treat and it was totally delicious, together with lots of coriander (although I know lots of people can't stand coriander).

Good luck with you 100% week x

Just finished the dahl pot - it's edible - definitely. It will never beat the curry, but I've added a little bit of fresh coriander (I LOVE coriander) and it was OK. I ordered 20 of them in February so I figure I need to start eating them. I admire people who can do shakes, I just don't feel like I've had anything with them! Just like the soups. My head needs to feel like I've chewed on something.

Found my way to your diary! Love it of course.

Sadly I went to look at the Exante site following your comments and I swiftly found myself in desperate hunger/crave/want whatevs. It looks like genuine food porn as compared to my Lighter Life! But then again variety is not good for me - leads me astray. Will keep to my 3 shakes and 2 soups till kingdom comes. (so depressive to even type that! LOL)

Good luck for the restart, you -evidently, as you well know- can absolutely do it!

Thanks MissAma! How much do you need to lose? I know all about depressing need to lose 70lbs in order to fell human again

Well that all depends on the definition of "need" - I am 80 lbs from my lowest ever weight but that is not happening again. I'd be ecstatic with 40 lost now I presume but it's bound to take me forever as I plan to inbuilt some weekend breaks to leave me with enough will to live :)

Well done for the restart, this is it! Also looking at your ticker what are you on about 70lbs?!? We're the same BMI!

Alas MissAma, 70lbs will take me to a BMI of 24.4 promise!
I have planned breaks here and there, but if I could just get somewhere around 82kgs, I'll be fine... Sounds better in kilos  - only 31kgs to go
Just huge, I think that's how much my son weighs!:eek::eek:

I managed to stay in bed last night despite terrible hunger pains. Though I have no idea when ketosis will hit, I've peeked at the scales and it's encouraging me to stay on plan. I'm partied-out, boozed-out, but not "fooded-out" so I have to be very very wary.

It's mother's day here on Sunday, I really don't want to do anything special - the weekend should go smoothly as My husband and son are away for a judo meet :worthy:
My daughter and her godmother (my bestie has been staying with us since the beginning of festival to run things around the house) can take care of themselves food wise so I have ZERO excuses to lurk in the kitchen area. :eatdrink051: so THIS will not be me!

The AMFAR was the best event held at the festival this year! Nothing got crazy and people were just happy to be there - and for a good cause, which is even better. I'd met Mr Spacey before, but I have to say it is genuinely - a pleasure to work with! never complaining always cracking jokes, just gracious. I'd work with him again in a heartbeat - unlike some others :grumble:

It's getting HOT here, no longer just balmy - the kind of weather I don't like while looking like the Michelin man's wife...

I'm on the French Riviera and mother's day is Sunday -
and yes it's THE Spacey and get in line for the swooning!! My goodness the man - all charms
I wasn't strong yesterday evening - I think I'm still working on nerves, had some chicken, which led to 2 slices of ham - kept it to that and I'm proud because it looks like my BFF took advantage of the cooking talents of the chef... I saw the menu posted on the kitchen fridge and the tupperwares seem to be full of forbidden foods - I won't go into details, but obviously it messed with my head because I had to sequester myself in my quarters

Pfff!! a few days of this :eatdrink051::eatdrink023::eatdrink017:
All in that order - travelling a lot this week, but I'm going to try to be 100%
Today's been OK. Tired from eating I think, depleting and restoring the glycogen stores tires me both mentally and physically!

Hello everyone, still being 95% TS - adding an extra pack here and there, but doing ok. Work is still hectic. Off to see a client in Geneva all day tomorrow - travelling = eye overload (shopping), head war (food&drinks)
I'm desperate to have my head screwed on right, I just feel too fragile for this exposure

You're doing so well enlightenme. Great that you're back on track. With my weekend debaucheries I'd have to call myself about 80% TS at best, but better that than 100% chocoholic!
