My first day back on SW

So after losing and gaining a few pounds after quitting SW iv decided to give it another shot. I have 6 weeks to lose a stone before my holiday and I'm going to do it!

So here goes my first days food:

Breakfast ;
Scrambled egg on toast and 1 tbsp tomato sauce (1 syn)

Snack;
Banana

Lunch;
Tuna salad with a light Kraft dressing 1 tbsp (1 syn) and activa yoghurt drink (4 syns)

Snack;
Apple & ski yoghurt (2 syns)

Dinner;
Roast chicken dinner with all the veg and a little cooking oil for 2 roast potatoes (2 syns) and to finish off with a slim fast caramel bar (5 syns)

The activia yoghurt drinks are a waste of syns but need using up! Can't wait to get muller light yoghurts!!!
